Job title: Technician IV Duration: 12+ Months (Contract to hire) Type: Onsite Location: Quincy/Marina Bay, MA Key Responsibilities: * Manage and execute facilities upgrades, renovations, and energy efficiency initiatives * Maintain and troubleshoot high and low voltage systems, including 1.5 MW supply site, generators, fire pumps, and substations * Monitor and support solar energy systems (1.3 MW rooftop installation) in coordination with vendors * Lead electrical projects and oversee continuous improvement initiatives * Maintain maintenance logs, schematics, and sub-meter systems for power monitoring * Act as the point of contact for vendor coordination and troubleshooting * Participate in an on-call rotation (every 3-4 weeks after 6 PM, with $20/day compensation) Must-Haves: * Master Electrician License with a minimum of 5 years of experience * Hands-on experience with commercial-level generators * Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical drawings and schematics * Expertise in both high and low voltage systems (down to 24 volts) * Previous experience in a facilities maintenance or industrial setting * Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) * Solid understanding of local and state electrical codes with practical application experience * Strong track record of working with and managing vendors for troubleshooting and maintenance Pluses: * Experience with fire protection systems * Knowledge of building automation systems, particularly Schneider (current system), Wattstopper, and Synapse (lighting control systems) * Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) experience * CMMS proficiency-preferably ServiceZone, though experience with BlueMountain or Maximo is also valuable

Job Summary: As a Licensed Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and personalized care to clients needing assistance with daily living activities; ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Working under the supervisor of the RN assigned to the case and Clinical Director, you will support clients with tasks such as dressing, bathing, grooming, personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and companionship.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Assist the client with personal hygiene (bathing, shampoo, shaving and oral hygiene)</li>
<li>Plans and prepares nutritious meals or modified diets as prescribed by a physician.</li>
<li>Assists with activities of daily living which include dressing, ambulation, toileting, and safe transfer techniques as directed by the Plan of Care.</li>
<li>Prompts client to take self-administered medications as per the care plan.</li>
<li>Works with other community agencies involved with the client as directed by the Plan of Care.</li>
<li>Assists with treatments/therapies as ordered by physician and approved and supervised by RN and Plan of Care.</li>
<li>Carries out assignments as instructed by HHA care plan and notifies RN when unable to do so. If RN is unavailable, notify the Director of Client Services.</li>
<li>Reports changes in clients’ condition or home situation immediately to the office.</li>
<li>Use of Mobile App for electronic record of visit, including activity, time, and mileage</li>
<li>Performs routine housekeeping duties as related to a safe and comfortable environment for the client as directed by the Plan of Care.</li>
<li>Accompany the client to necessary appointments, only when authorized by the office.</li>
<li>Respect the cultural and religious practices of the client and their families</li>
<li>Conduct oneself in a manner that promotes safety</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in patient care, particularly in the home care setting</li>
<li>Have a valid New Hampshire LNA license</li>
<li>Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards clients</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment</li>
</ul>
