Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This opportunity is for a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services during the extended school year (ESY) at a high school in Springfield, MA. The position is a contract role focused on supporting students in need of speech and language services onsite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language pathology services to high school students as directed by student IEPs.
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory and district guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Valid Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist license.
- Certification and experience in school-based speech-language pathology preferred.
- Ability to work onsite and manage a part-time caseload effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
