Position Overview
We are seeking detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technicians to join our team. In this role, you will perform physical and chemical testing, visual inspections, and monitor overall quality throughout plant operations and finished products to ensure compliance with food safety and GMP standards.
Key Responsibilities

<li>Conduct in-process analytical testing on products manufactured using continuous cooking equipment (e.g., % soluble solids, viscosity, color).</li>
<li>Perform organoleptic and visual inspections on products in wet-side production areas.</li>
<li>Audit cook stations and packaging lines for HACCP compliance, weights, seals, temperatures, codes, and GMP adherence.</li>
<li>Ensure food safety and quality of all products produced or packaged daily.</li>
<li>Report and initiate corrective actions for any food safety or quality issues.</li>
<li>Conduct environmental swabbing of equipment as needed.</li>
<li>Maintain clear communication across production and management teams.</li>

Qualifications

<li>1–2 years of quality experience in a GMP setting preferred (food manufacturing experience is a plus but not required).</li>

Who You are:
The duties of the Plant Maintenance Manager are to organize projects and service/fabrication schedule of each Carroll Concrete Ready-Mix Plant, and other applicable areas. The Plant Maintenance Manager reports directly to the Operations Manager. The responsibilities associated with this position are carried out either directly by the individual or through delegation to team members. Areas of focus include creating a working annual budget and forecasted budget based upon business need. This position works closely with the Aggregate Foreman, Area Managers, and Fleet Manager to schedule plant repairs and fabrications. Reporting to the Plant Maintenance Manager are the Plant Maintenance Technicians. 
Responsibilities:

<li>Organize and schedule projects, service, and fabrication for each Ready-Mix Plant, Cement Terminal, and other applicable areas. </li>
<li>Establish and work within the set budget for all company scheduled maintenance. </li>
<li>Responsible for all maintenance related projects to include being resourceful, prioritizing project needs, ordering materials.</li>
<li>Head of the project committee to forecast an appropriate budget for up and coming projects. </li>

<li>Possesses working knowledge of hand tools and machinery;</li>
<li>Possesses working knowledge of Finishing Departments operations;</li>
<li>Performs set-ups for testing equipment/stations,</li>
<li>Performs set-ups of silk screening, pad printing, heat staking, milling, sonic welding, press brake, rivet machines, and laser etching;</li>
<li>Performs scheduled cleaning of the deionizer washer, ESD mats and ionizers;</li>
<li>Verifies calibrated torque on guns according to work instructions;</li>
<li>Performs initial start ups of job for samples and production;</li>
<li>Assists with initial first piece preparation and inspections;</li>
<li>Performs Installation Qualifications (IQ)</li>
<li>Maintains machinery and/or tooling to maximize efficiency and quality of production;</li>
<li>Troubleshoots parts, assemblies, equipment and machinery for production;</li>
<li>Optimizes processes to achieve product quality, production efficiency and process repeatability;</li>
<li>Initiate problem reports NPMRs, and NMRs;</li>
<li>Participates and drives cost reduction initiatives;</li>
<li>See, reads, and follows ISO procedures and completes departmental daily set-ups and logs;</li>
<li>Maintains a safe, clean, and professional working environment;</li>
<li>Fosters a cooperative, productive, and team oriented environment;</li>
<li>Follows and adheres to lock out/tag out program;</li>
<li>Maintains good attendance, flexibility in job assignment, adaptable to changing business needs, and continually learns and applies new skills;</li>

Essential Skills

<li>Proficiency in electronic inspection and quality control.</li>
<li>Experience with SMT processes.</li>
<li>Ability to use Epicore for inspection purposes.</li>
<li>Comfortable using a computer.</li>
