Who You are:
The duties of the Plant Maintenance Manager are to organize projects and service/fabrication schedule of each Carroll Concrete Ready-Mix Plant, and other applicable areas. The Plant Maintenance Manager reports directly to the Operations Manager. The responsibilities associated with this position are carried out either directly by the individual or through delegation to team members. Areas of focus include creating a working annual budget and forecasted budget based upon business need. This position works closely with the Aggregate Foreman, Area Managers, and Fleet Manager to schedule plant repairs and fabrications. Reporting to the Plant Maintenance Manager are the Plant Maintenance Technicians. 
Responsibilities:

<li>Organize and schedule projects, service, and fabrication for each Ready-Mix Plant, Cement Terminal, and other applicable areas. </li>
<li>Establish and work within the set budget for all company scheduled maintenance. </li>
<li>Responsible for all maintenance related projects to include being resourceful, prioritizing project needs, ordering materials.</li>
<li>Head of the project committee to forecast an appropriate budget for up and coming projects. </li>
<li>Work directly with other department heads (Area Managers, Aggregate Superintendent and Fleet Manager) to organize plant/building related maintenance. </li>

<li>Operating CNC milling and/or lathe machine</li>
<li>Loading/unloading CNC milling and/or lathe machines</li>
<li>Part inspection and troubleshooting</li>
<li>Read and interpret blueprint and drawings</li>
<li>Knowledge of measuring tools such as: micrometers, calipers, indicators and gauges</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>At least two years previous CNC milling and/or lathe machine experience</li>
<li>Able to use various inspection tools such as: verniers, micrometers, drop indicators</li>
<li>Able to read blueprints</li>
</ul>
Hours are:
Monday through Thursday - 6am to 4:30pm
The pay is up to $30.00 an hour based on experience

CNC Machinist (operator or setup) $30/hour

This position is a DIRECT HIRE ROLE from day one
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Setup and operate CNC Turning OR manual turning horizontal and vertical turret lathes</li>
<li>Working with extremely close tolerances, fits and assembles as needed</li>
<li>Interpret and read blueprints</li>
<li>Perform turning, drilling, tapping and deburring</li>
<li>Setup machines as needed to run the specified requirements including the use of part indicators to establish origin</li>
<li>Ensure the machine are in good working condition</li>
<li>Examine and inspect the first article using inspection tools and filling out inspection reports</li>
<li>Maintain all tooling as needed</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>At least 10 years previous experience</li>
<li>Short run/prototype experience</li>
<li>Able to read blueprints and perform inspection</li>
<li>Experience working with large parts</li>
</ul>
Hours are:
Monday through Friday – First Shift
The pay is up to $42.00 an hour based on experience
