We’re looking for a dependable Production Support Associate/ Custodian to join a growing manufacturing team in the North Shore area. This is a hands-on role that combines custodial responsibilities with light production support, perfect for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, running smoothly, and working in a shop/production environment.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM (frequent overtime until 3:00–3:30 PM)
Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 /hour

What You’ll Do:

• Perform daily cleaning and custodial duties (trash/recycling, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, restroom and break area upkeep).
• Operate a floor scrubber and maintain cleaning supplies and inventory.
• Handle waste removal, including managing oil, coolant, and swarf disposal (training provided).
• Assist with inventory organization, including moving materials with a forklift.
• Change air/water filters and help maintain shop cleanliness and equipment areas.
• Support production staff as needed with storage, retrieval, and general housekeeping.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous custodial or maintenance experience preferred.
• Forklift experience/certification (doesn’t need to be current—training can be refreshed).
• Comfortable working in a shop or production environment.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, stoop, push, and pull throughout the shift.
• Reliable transportation (early start time is not public-transit friendly).
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
