In addition, the company has initiated a third arm to the Phase 2b study without the need for a pre-treatment biopsy to evaluate ACR-368 with ultra-low-dose gemcitabine (ULDG) sensitization in all-comer, biomarker-unselected 2nd line patients with endometrial cancer who have all received prior treatment with chemotherapy and anti-PD-1.
 
Acrivon is also leveraging its proprietary Generative Phosphoproteomics AP3 platform for developing its co-crystallography-driven, internally discovered pipeline programs. These include ACR-2316, the companys second clinical stage asset, a novel, potent, selective WEE1/PKMYT1 inhibitor designed for superior single-agent activity through strong activation of not only CDK1 and CDK2, but also of PLK1 to drive pro-apoptotic cell death, as observed in preclinical studies against benchmark inhibitors. The Phase 1 trial of ACR-2316 is advancing with enrollment in the first three dose-escalation cohorts completed. Drug target engagement was observed at DL1 and 2 using the companys clinical mass spectrometry-based AP3 profiling, with evidence of approximate dose proportionality based on plasma pharmacokinetic analyses, and initial clinical activity and confirmed partial response. In addition, the company is advancing a preclinical program directed against an undisclosed cell cycle regulatory target.
 
Position Overview:
This position will apply technical expertise to support biomarker assaysprimarily IHC, multiplex immunofluorescence and digital imagingwithin our CLIA/CAP framework, and work closely with our biomarker platform team to advance our precision medicines in oncology.
Location:
This position will report to the General Supervisor, CLIA IHC Laboratory and be based in our Watertown, MA facility.
Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Execute validated highcomplexity tests, including IHC and multiplex immunofluorescence staining, slide prep, and quantitative image analysis.</li>
<li>Follow the laboratory's procedures for specimen handling and processing, test analyses, reporting and maintaining records of patient test results.</li>
<li>Participate in proficiency testing and regulatory compliance.</li>
<li>Adhere to the laboratory's quality control policies, document all quality control activities, instrument and procedural calibrations and maintenance performed.</li>
<li>Follow the laboratory's established policies and procedures whenever test systems are not within the laboratory's established acceptable levels of performance.</li>
<li>Be capable of identifying problems that may adversely affect test performance or reporting of test results and either must correct the problems or immediately notify the general supervisor, technical supervisor, or Laboratory Director.</li>
<li>Document all corrective actions taken when test systems deviate from the laboratory's established performance specifications.</li>
<li>General lab maintenance responsibilities include but are not limited to cleaning, safety checks, equipment monitoring, environmental testing, inventory, receiving, and reagent manufacturing.</li>
<li>Work on special projects as assigned by management.</li>

Required Skills/Abilities:

<li>Minimum of bachelors degree in medical technology, histology, biology, or related field.</li>
<li>ASCP or AMT certification preferred.</li>
<li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical or research pathology laboratory</li>
<li>Familiarity with histology, IHC (including both bright field and fluorescence techniques), and digital pathology platforms preferred.</li>
