Qualification
Education &amp; Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (food related or bioscience discipline) or equivalent auditor credentials.
- Certified BRC and FSSC Lead Auditor (Exemplar Global or equivalent accredited certification).
- 3-5 + years in Food and Beverage manufacturing or Quality Assurance (QA).
- Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) Course (Min 16 Hr HACCP Alliance recognized)
- 1+ years of experience as a qualified BRCGS or 1+ years of experience FSSC 22000 Lead Auditor
- FSSC/SQF/BRCGS Lead Auditor recognized Course (one or more required)

Qualifications:

<li>Must possess a valid drivers license and be willing and able to travel and stay overnight for company business purposes, including training and corporate meetings.</li>
<li>Proficiency in leading teams and working both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.</li>
<li>Extensive experience with electrical repair and maintenance of hydro turbine/generator systems, industrial electrical systems, and related equipment is preferred.</li>
