<li>Candidates experienced with digitizing software like Wilcom and Pulse will be considered first. Additionally, we look for expertise in MacOS, Illustrator, Photoshop, Word and Excel. If you know how to hoop and operate multi-head embroidery machines, even better!</li>

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

<li>Convert various graphic files (e.g., vector images, logos, text) into stitch files suitable for embroidery machines</li>
<li>Create and modify embroidery designs using digitizing software (e.g., Wilcom, Pulse)</li>
<li>Select and specify thread colors and types for each design</li>
<li>Ensure designs are optimized for machine performance and fabric type through stitch types, density, and underlay</li>
<li>Possess a strong understanding of embroidery techniques, stitch types, and machine capabilities</li>
<li>Maintain and organize design files for easy access and retrieval</li>
<li>Collaborate with the Production team to ensure designs are produced accurately and efficiently</li>
<li>Manage production timelines to meet project deadlines</li>
<li>Between embroidery projects, collaborate with the Production team on other outstanding design projects</li>
<li>Be available as needed for on-demand on-site work </li>

Summary/Objective:
The Press Operator is responsible for operating the machines and equipment used in the manufacturing of plastic injection molded product in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP), including visual inspection, trimming, recordkeeping, packaging, and labeling.
