We are seeking a dedicated Cleanroom Assembler to join our team, contributing to the assembly and packaging of high-quality medical products. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing, though we are open to individuals without prior manufacturing experience who possess a strong work ethic and reliability. You will work extensively with microscopes and small hand tools in a clean, regulated environment, ensuring precision and attention to detail. This position is full time offering competitive pay and benefits!
Responsibilities
- Assemble and package products according to specifications.
- Fill out paperwork related to assembly and production activities.
- Communicate any discrepancies or potential issues as needed.
- Perform additional duties as required.
- Understand and use measuring devices, prints, and quality control documents.
- Operate mechanical, electrical, and optical tools for quality inspection.
- Ensure high-quality standards in assembly production for superior medical product assemblies.
- Use programs to collect and evaluate operating data for on-line adjustments.
- Perform operational tests and fault isolation on systems.
Essential Skills
- 0-2 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field.
- Good attendance and reliability.
- Comfortable working with microscopes for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom/regulated environment.
- Good hand-eye dexterity and ability to work with small hand tools.
- Attention to detail and ability to read drawings.
- Comfortable using computers.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Microscope experience.
- Ability to follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) using Standard Operating Procedures.
- Maintains records and cleanroom environment compliance.
- Use various measurement devices to record data and produce assemblies.
- Manual dexterity, eye-hand coordination, and visual acuity.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English.
- Ability to perform repetitive work while maintaining attention to detail.
- Maintain product traceability and identification.
- Identify and segregate Non-Conforming Product.
- Basic understanding of electricity.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products.

Work Environment
Work in a clean, regulated environment with a friendly and hard-working culture. The position involves repetitive work, requiring full gowning. The first shift runs from 6 am to 2:15 pm, Monday through Thursday.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
