<li>Assesses assigned case load of behavioral health care patients and families to identify the physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs of patients as evidenced by documentation, clinical records, Interdisciplinary Team reports, after hours reports, and on-site evaluations.</li>

<li>3 years minimum Staff Coordinator experience in a Hospital setting required.</li>
<li>Must be able to shine in high high-pressure position encompassing office management skills in a hospital office setting</li>
<li>Associate's Degree in Business or Executive Secretarial Program</li>
<li>Current NAMSS (National Association of Medical Staff Services) Cert Strongly preferred</li>
<li>Traveler must have their own vehicle for this assignment.</li>
</ul>
Additional Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Demonstrated critical thinking skills, verbal, written communication skills, tact, good judgment, and organizational skills.</li>
<li>Must be detail-oriented, a self-starter with the ability to work independently within job guidelines, and be a team player.</li>
<li>Excellent secretarial skills (typing, word processing, Dictaphone or shorthand).</li>
<li>Knowledge of medical terminology helpful, but not required.</li>
<li>Must have flexibility to attend early morning or evening meetings.</li>
<li>Must demonstrate the ability to hold all matters conducted in the Medical Staff Office in confidence.</li>
