Noor Staffing Group is currently seeking Bilingual Field Data Collectors, on behalf of our client, to work in Boston, Worcester, Springfield, and additional regions, across the State of Massachusetts. This position offers an hourly pay range of $23-$25 per hour, depending upon skills and experience. Mileage and travel are reimbursed.
Preferred bilingual in: Spanish, Portuguese, Haitian Creole, Vietnamese, or Chinese. Candidates will be asked to complete testing on language proficiency and fluency for the additional language to be considered for the bilingual role.
Our client is working with the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston (Boston Fed), The Boston Foundation (TBF), and TBF's community partners in Massachusetts to field a state-wide survey. It is called the “Massachusetts Economic Conditions and Household Opportunity Survey” or “Mass ECHOS.” Through this survey, the Boston Fed seeks to learn more about economic conditions among households across Massachusetts. Several national studies look at household finances across the country, but our goal is to focus on this topic within our state. Data collected from the survey will be used to inform strategies that can support greater economic opportunity.
The survey will include over 30,000 addresses selected from across the state. Residents at these addresses will be invited to complete either a web-based or hardcopy survey questionnaire. To help improve response to the survey overall, Field Data Collectors will conduct in-person follow up to selected addresses that have not yet completed the survey.
Responsibilities Include:

Managing assigned cases and documenting all follow up efforts.

Traveling frequently to visit households located at the address for each assigned case.

Answering questions, addressing concerns, and promoting completion of the survey.

· Efficiently install and set up MedBank Tower and MedFlex Cabinet systems at client locations.

· Training:

· General Maintenance:

<li>Perform regular maintenance checks on MedBank Tower and MedFlex Cabinet systems to ensure they are operating efficiently and effectively.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise, ensuring minimal downtime for the client.</li>
<li>Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and any repairs performed, maintaining a log for future reference.</li>
</ul>
· Long-Term Care Centers (LTC):
<ul>
<li>Work proficiently within Long Term Care Centers, understanding and adapting to the unique needs and challenges of these environments.</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with LTC staff, ensuring their satisfaction with the MedBank Tower and MedFlex Cabinet systems.</li>
</ul>
· Travel Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Possess a reliable vehicle to travel to various customer locations as required.</li>
<li>Be prepared for frequent travel, sometimes at short notice, to provide on-site support, installation, and training.</li>
</ul>
· Remote Training and Troubleshooting:
<ul>
<li>Demonstrate the ability to effectively train clients and troubleshoot issues remotely using various communication tools and technologies.</li>
<li>Provide timely and efficient remote support to resolve client issues, minimizing the need for on-site visits.</li>

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: 
The ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds (22.7 kilograms) is required. This means the individual must be capable of safely and effectively lifting, carrying, and potentially maneuvering items of this weight. Proper lifting techniques should be utilized to avoid injury, including bending at the knees and using leg muscles rather than the back. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 
· Education &amp; Experience, Certified pharmacy tech (or willing to become certified) and minimum of 1 years of experience in similar role. 
· Computer Skills: Intermediate computer proficiency. Pharmacy and medication distribution software (EMAR, Medbank, Frameworks preferred.
· Clean Driving Record: This means having a history free from significant traffic violations, such as DUIs, reckless driving, or multiple speeding tickets. It also indicates the absence of at-fault accidents or other serious infractions that would reflect poorly on one's driving abilities and responsibility on the road.
· Up-to-Date Vehicle Insurance: This entails having a current and active auto insurance policy that meets or exceeds the minimum coverage requirements as mandated by your state or country. Primary Duties &amp; Responsibilities:
