About this opportunity

HVAC/R Installation Technician
 
We’re looking for an experienced HVAC/R installer who takes pride in quality work and wants to grow with a company that truly supports its technicians. This role focuses on residential and light commercial installations with steady hours and plenty of opportunity for overtime.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts, with overtime available
What You’ll Do
<ul>
<li>Install and service HVAC/R systems such as furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, split systems, and ductless units</li>
<li>Fabricate and install ductwork and control systems according to code</li>
<li>Complete clean, professional installations and communicate clearly with customers and teammates</li>
</ul>
What We’re Looking For
<ul>
<li>5+ years of recent HVAC/R installation experience (lead experience preferred)</li>
<li>Comfortable working on residential and light commercial systems</li>
<li>Experience with major brands (Carrier, Trane, Lennox), thermostats, ductwork, boilers, piping, brazing, and wiring</li>
<li>Able to work independently, manage materials, and complete paperwork</li>
<li>Strong focus on safety and quality</li>
<li>EPA Certification (Type 1, 2, or 3 required)</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record</li>
</ul>
