HVAC/R Installation Technician

We’re looking for an experienced HVAC/R installer who takes pride in quality work and wants to grow with a company that truly supports its technicians. This role focuses on residential and light commercial installations with steady hours and plenty of opportunity for overtime.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts, with overtime available

What You’ll Do

• Install and service HVAC/R systems such as furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, split systems, and ductless units
• Fabricate and install ductwork and control systems according to code
• Complete clean, professional installations and communicate clearly with customers and teammates

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of recent HVAC/R installation experience (lead experience preferred)
• Comfortable working on residential and light commercial systems
• Experience with major brands (Carrier, Trane, Lennox), thermostats, ductwork, boilers, piping, brazing, and wiring
• Able to work independently, manage materials, and complete paperwork
• Strong focus on safety and quality
• EPA Certification (Type 1, 2, or 3 required)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
