DUTIES:
Independently prepares all types of meats, poultry, seafood, vegetables, fruits, sauces, and gravies for menus. Covers, dates, and stores leftovers per established procedures. Maintains accurate food inventories and rotates stock items to prevent spoilage. Follows established sanitation procedures when handling food. Ensure that foods are stored at the correct temperatures to prevent bacteria growth. 

Cleans and maintains equipment and work areas. Operates a variety of kitchen equipment. Disassemble and assemble component parts and accessories for cleaning and follow safety procedures regarding the operation of equipment to avoid personal injury or damage to the equipment. Clean and use a variety of cooking utensils required to measure, weigh, and process food items. Clean, store, and maintain all kitchen utensils and clean and maintain all equipment and work areas after each use practicing a "clean as you go" concept. Removes soiled dishes, glasses, and flatware from tables and carries to dishwashing area. Cleans tables of paper, other trash, or soiled linen, salt, pepper, sugar, glasses, and flatware; serves butter, salads, and desserts as instructed. <li>Completion of professional level courses in Real Estate Practice, Real Estate Law, Contracts, Title Examination, Negotiation, Appraisal, Environmental or related educational concentrations.</li>
<li>Understanding of engineering and survey plans, maps, and related design drawings, deeds, and appraisal reports.</li>
<li>Computer experience including Microsoft Office and project management software.</li>
<li>Understanding the use of GIS systems.</li>
<li>Ability to research and interpret land and conveyance records.</li>
<li>Capacity to interact effectively with internal and external parties on property transactions.</li>
<li>Must possess desire to provide excellent service to clients.</li>
<li> Negotiation and conflict resolution proficiency.</li>
<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills including the ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects and other assignments at the same time.</li>
<li>Possession of a valid driver's license, and an ability and willingness to use personal vehicle on company business.</li>

Preferred:
<ul>
<li>Four (4) year Degree, preferred. from accredited college preferably in Business/Real Estate/Paralegal Studies/Economics/Civil Engineering/Surveying, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.</li>
<li>Four (4) years Utility Property &amp; Property Rights experience preferred</li>

Right of Way Agents may have prior experience as attorneys, paralegals, real estate, or land professionals, working in industries such as electric utility power or communication companies, pipeline, engineering firms or government agencies specializing in land development.
