<li>Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on maintenance experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, ideally in hospitality or facilities management.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, fire/life safety) and a mindset for managing them on a daily, monthly, seasonally and yearly basis.</li>
<li>Innate ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.</li>
<li>Proven leadership skills with the ability to train and manage a team.</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance management software (e.g., HotSOS, Building Engines).</li>
<li>Excellent communication, problem-solving, multi-tasking and time management skills. Must be available for on-call emergencies, nights, weekends, or holidays when required.</li>
<li>Use of tools and equipment across trades. Hand and power tools, electrical meter, saws, etc.</li>

 POSITION SUMMARY: Sugarbush Resort is seeking a Lead Caregiver in our Day School to work in our programs. Lead Caregivers are responsible for providing a safe and developmentally appropriate daycare program for the children of Sugarbush Day School, in accordance with all Non-Recurring Childcare regulations set forth by the state of Vermont. The Lead Caregiver will be responsible for planning and implementing a program to care for young children from the ages of 6 weeks-6 years of age. They must ensure the development and safety of the children in accordance with relevant federal, state, and local legislation and policies. The Lead Child Caregiver will be respectful of children, parents, and ensure that equipment and facilities are clean, safe and well maintained. This is a full-time year-round position with a pay range of $18-$22 per hour. RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Plan and implement activities to meet the physical, emotional, intellectual, and social needs of the children in the program for each day.</li>
<li>Carry out planned activities implemented by the Room Leader.</li>
<li>Feed the children according to schedule set forth.</li>
<li>Ensure that the equipment used daily, and facility (room area) are cleaned thoroughly and remain a safe environment at all times.</li>
<li>Be familiar with emergency procedures.</li>
<li>Ensure that children are supervised at all times and in compliance with Non-Recurring Childcare guild lines.</li>
<li>Provide opportunities for sleep and rest.</li>

<li>Three (3) positive childcare references. </li>
<li>Annual CPR Certification. </li>
<li>Biannual First Aide Certification. </li>

 POSITION SUMMARY: Sugarbush Resort is searching for a Vehicle Maintenance Technician to repair and maintain company vehicles. This is a great opportunity for someone with light or heavy-duty engine experience that enjoys spending time in the mountains. This is a full-time year-round position that pays between $20-$25 per hour depending on experience. RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Perform daily checks, regular service, and preventative maintenance tasks on company vehicles in order to maximize safety and longevity. </li>
<li>Locate breakdowns and communicate with managers to plan and perform mechanical repairs.</li>
<li>Look up parts numbers and prices to be ordered for parts requisitions with management.</li>
<li>Maintain strong communication with teammates and management.</li>
<li>Perform all tasks in an environmentally sound manner, especially in regard to proper disposal of all waste products. </li>
