The role of the scribe is to assist the physician with documentation of the patient’s medical record. The scribe accompanies the physician into the exam room to transcribe the history and examination as given by the patient and the physician.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Accompany the physician into the exam room to transcribe the history and examination as given by the patient and the physician.</li>
<li>Anticipate physicians’ needs and respond to requests for instruments, supplies, and equipment during patient care session.</li>
<li>Under the direction of the physician, transcribe the impression and plan, results of tests, prescriptions, and orders.</li>
<li>Document any procedures that may be performed by the physician or ophthalmic medical personnel.</li>
<li>Document all diagnoses, treatment plans, prescriptions, and discharge and follow-up information.</li>
<li>Transcribe any consultations or discussions with family members.</li>
<li>Enter data into electronic medical record database.</li>
<li>Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations.</li>

Requirements

There are more than 90 structures on the site, including cabins, small family cottages and private lodge rooms. The Center has a long-running summer season and has its own ice cream shop that is open to the public.
Job Summary:
The Executive Director is responsible for the overall leadership and management of all Geneva Point Center (GPC) functions. This includes direction of day-to-day operations, staff recruiting and management, strategic planning, accounting, and reporting. The position reports to and takes direction from the Board of Directors (BOD) of Geneva Point Center.
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Leadership and administration of the GPC operations organization including staff recruitment, training, and management.</li>
<li>Policy development, deployment, and enforcement that assures all personnel safety and welfare.</li>
<li>Development and tracking of GPC budget overseeing revenue and expenditures. Periodic reporting of budget status to Board of Directors (BOD).</li>
<li>Lead fundraising efforts and charitable donor engagement to provide ongoing support for Geneva Point.</li>
<li>Marketing of GPC resources and events to promote growth in customer engagement.</li>
<li>Responsible for ensuring that GPC building and grounds are maintained in a safe and clean condition. Coordinate with maintenance staff for repairs and improvements. Establish long term plan for building and supporting infrastructure renewal and growth.</li>
<li>Compose and deliver status reports to the BOD.</li>
</ul>
