Leadership Opportunity 
Are you a natural leader with hands-on experience running a healthcare business? Have you built a successful career by managing a high-performing team? We're looking for someone like you to run one of our clinics in the ABA field and provide exceptional services to our clients.
The Executive Director serves as the senior leader, accountable for the overall success of clinics across four key pillars: operations, growth, financial performance, and culture. As the primary driver of local growth, the Executive Director partners closely with the Business Developer to foster community relationships and drive client acquisition. The Executive Director mentors and develops the next generation of leaders, preparing leadership staff for future growth.

What You’ll Do
Growth Mindset &amp; Strategic Expansion
<ul>
<li>Take full ownership of center growth and client retention, exceeding monthly targets for new patient admissions and diagnostics.</li>
<li>Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, community organizations, and school systems.</li>
<li>Lead business development activities including community events, outreach campaigns, and innovative growth initiatives.</li>
<li>Coach staff to adopt a proactive mindset around client acquisition, engagement, and retention. </li>
</ul>
Financial Acumen
<ul>
<li>Manage full clinic P&amp;L, including top-line revenue, clinic operating cost, labor and non-labor expense management.</li>
<li>Optimize center profitability by acting on key financial drivers such as center growth, contract rates, billable hour utilization, and service completion.</li>
<li>Collaborate with corporate finance and operations teams to implement strategies that maximize clinic profitability.</li>
</ul>
 Operational Excellence
<ul>
<li> Contribute to Organizational Key Results, meet or exceed center-based KPIs and targets.</li>
<li>Lead high-quality execution of ABA services through proactive scheduling and resource optimization.</li>
<li>Maintain compliance with licensing, accreditation, and internal policies.</li>
<li>Monitor and drive service delivery performance, ensuring 100% treatment completion.</li>
<li>Use data dashboards (e.g., Tableau) to track, analyze and interpret data/KPI to make informed decisions. </li>
</ul>
 Talent Retention &amp; Engagement
<ul>
<li>Hire, develop, and retain high-performing teams.</li>
<li>Create a high-performance culture by investing in professional development and celebrating success.</li>
<li>Lead effective onboarding and mentorship programs for new team members and EDiTs.</li>
<li>Conduct regular employee rounding, performance check-ins, and engagement surveys to foster a connected and motivated team. </li>
</ul>
Relationship-Driven Leadership
<ul>
<li>Build trust with families and caregivers through early and frequent engagement, ensuring consistent communication and satisfaction.</li>
<li>Host or promote weekly caregiver support groups to build community and empower families.</li>
<li>Advocate for school-based services and support caregiver participation in treatment planning.</li>
<li>Develop and nurture strategic relationships with community stakeholders, referral sources, and business development partners to support growth and enhance service awareness.</li>
<li>Champion collaboration across departments, including Clinical, Admissions, Marketing, and HR.</li>
</ul>
Requirements

<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Business, Healthcare Administration, or Behavioral Health strongly preferred.</li>
<li>Minimum 5 years of operations and growth leadership experience in a high-growth service industry, healthcare/health system, behavioral health or education.</li>
<li>Entrepreneurs with franchise or service supply chain experience.</li>
<li>Proven track record of leading operations, driving organic growth, increasing revenue growth, and building engaged teams.</li>
<li>Understanding Financial fluency (P&amp;L, EBITDA, KPI analysis)</li>
<li>A deep understanding of ABA therapy and/or allied health services is strongly preferred.</li>
<li>High emotional intelligence, resilience, and an entrepreneurial mindset.</li>
</ul>

As a Sr Injection Molding Technician, you will be part of the production department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to quality, which will align successfully with the organization.
Job Title: Senior Injection Molding Technician
Location: Rutland, VT
Pay Range: $29.20 - $34.90 hourly

What's the Job?
<ul>
<li>Optimize and adjust injection molding processes to maximize efficiency and maintain product quality.</li>
<li>Set up, calibrate, and maintain injection molding machines, molds, and auxiliary equipment.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and resolve process and equipment issues, including defects and material inconsistencies.</li>
<li>Train and mentor process technicians, ensuring adherence to SOPs and safety protocols.</li>
<li>Collaborate with production teams to ensure molded parts meet specifications and implement corrective actions.</li>
</ul>
What's Needed?
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, plastics engineering, or related field preferred.</li>
<li>5+ years of experience in injection molding, with at least 2 years in a lead or technician role.</li>
<li>Proficiency in injection molding machine operation, mold setup, and process optimization.</li>
<li>Strong leadership, training, and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001), basic computer skills, and ability to read technical drawings.</li>
</ul>
