Position Summary: The Concierge serves as an ambassador to the community and supports the Business Office Manager in meeting his/her responsibility for overall administration of the community. All responsibilities will be conducted in a manner that is consistent with the Maplewood Community philosophy.
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Answers and screens all incoming telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner, Routes calls and takes messages, as appropriate</li>
<li>Greets all visitors in a friendly, courteous and professional manner. Screens and requires visitors to “sign in” at reception desk. Notifies residents of visitors, Instructs resident’s visitor according to resident’s instructions.</li>
<li>Receives and processes mail for community staff. Accepts all outgoing mail/packages.</li>
<li>Types, copies, orders, and maintains inventory of office supplies, and performs other clerical duties.</li>
<li>Maintains and updates log of all emergency phone numbers. Keeps log at front desk.</li>
<li>Maintains and updates emergency contact information on each resident. Keeps information at front desk.</li>
<li>Assists managers with various clerical responsibilities.</li>
<li>Pages staff wearing beepers as necessary.</li>
<li>Takes RSVPs for special functions as necessary.</li>
<li>Oversees sign-up for scheduled transportation.</li>
<li>Hands out maintenance requests forms and pass on to maintenance.</li>

Education/Experience/Licensure/Certification:

<li>High School Diploma required</li>
<li>Must possess a high degree of interpersonal relations skills and capability of relating to a variety of people and personalities. Considerable initiative and judgment is also required.</li>

The Spa Guest Attendant is responsible for providing professional and courteous service to each guest. The Guest Attendant will be responsible for exceeding guest expectations by assisting guests throughout their spa visit and maintaining a clean work environment to include the spa, locker rooms and reception area.
Guest Attendant job duties include but are not limited to:

<li>Accurately assist guests with check-in for spa reservations and spa access. Provide guest tours of the facility and informs guests of available amenities.</li>
<li>Responsible for management of spa lockers which includes replenishing guest amenities such as: robes, hangers, plastic bags, sandals, and other items.</li>
