Excell Marketing is seeking a part-time Retail Account Merchandiser to work in our retail locations in Greenland, NH and surrounding area (includes Portsmouth, Somersworth and Seabrook, NH). This position will have you working in an exciting environment with the latest trading cards and collectible toys. We offer a flexible schedule, paid travel time and many other perks.
As a merchandiser you would be responsible for visiting several stores on a weekly basis. You will unpack freight and stock shelves, maintain our displays, follow planograms and ensure that displays are kept neat and orderly and properly labeled to maximize sales. You will also help maintain business relationships with store personnel and ensure they are receiving excellent service.
You can create your own flexible schedule for store visits Monday through Friday between 6:00 am and 6:00 pm (No night shifts or weekends). Occasional weekend visits may be approved for busy seasons if required. We expect your total hours to be between 10-15 hours per week on average (may vary during busy seasons).
Job Requirements:

<li>Visit all assigned stores on a weekly basis</li>
<li>Loading boxes onto carts and unpacking freight</li>
<li>Stocking shelves with various products</li>

<li>Lift and move boxes up to 35 lbs. onto a cart and push cart out to sales area</li>
<li>Perform team lifts over 35lbs and up to 50 lbs. as needed</li>

<li>Occasional kneeling or crawling on the floor to reach lower shelving</li>
<li>Using small step stool (no more than 2 steps) to reach items on higher shelving</li>

Job Description 
A Merchandiser will use strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain a positive working relationship with store personnel. Merchandising the live goods displays according to plan-o-gram and ensuring the CULL process is utilized properly. Managing the inventory levels and maintenance of the live goods for GMS customers (Vendors) is another responsibility. The Merchandiser will adhere to company policy, including store hours, store policies and proper utilization of Apps.
 
General Duties and Responsibilities

<li>Build and maintain relationships, interact professionally and maintain effective communication with diverse groups, including store management teams and associates and GMS Merchandising personnel</li>
<li>Unload racks, build attractive displays on Garden Center tables, according to plan-o-gram</li>
<li>Ensure displayed merchandise is condensed and signed properly</li>
<li>Remove distressed product from display</li>
<li>Keep the display area clean and well-organized</li>
<li>Minimize markdowns and shrink by utilizing the cull process</li>
<li>Communicate daily with manager and follow up on all requests from management in a timely manner</li>
