<li>Monitor the store's Sales forecast business and update management on a regular basis</li>
<li>Maintains the E-commerce site, including entering pertinent product information into our database, update existing product information, and write informative, captivating and fun product descriptions.</li>
<li>Performs monthly Accounts Payables reconciliation for Friends Place and Friends Corner Gift Shop</li>
<li>Functions as a content expert/resource leader in quality improvement/process improvement initiatives and projects.</li>
<li>Ensures quality care and adherence to standard operating procedures and compliance requirements. </li>

<li>High school diploma or GED required. 2 years of retail experience preferred and experience with cancer patients and rehabilitation process preferred.</li>
<li>Retail knowledge of merchandising, inventory control, product research.</li>
<li>Must have strong human relations skills and the ability to communicate effectively.</li>
<li>Might be highly organized, efficient and have the ability to multi-task.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability with Word and Excel software, as well as point of sale systems helpful.</li>
<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Demonstrates logical analysis and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Experience in developing merchandise plans for retail stores and managing inventory levels through allocation and replenishment a plus.</li>

The hiring range is based on market pay structures, with individual salaries determined by factors such as business needs, market conditions, internal equity, and based on the candidate’s relevant experience, skills and qualifications.
For union positions, the pay range is determined by the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA)
