What You'll Do:

Responsibilities
About the Role
During a visit that can last up to one hour, Matrix providers review and observe a member’s current health, medical history, medication adherence, social environment and other risks. This provides unmatched insight into a member’s overall health and well-being that can be difficult to capture during routine office visits. The Matrix Comprehensive Health Assessment (CHA) helps to improve quality of care and allows us to potentially close multiple care gaps with a single visit. Our providers:

<li>Conduct adult / geriatric assessments to include medical history, diagnosis and treatment, health education, physician referrals, case management referrals, follow-up and clear documentation according to Matrix guidelines and protocols</li>
<li>Administer and order point of care and lab-based testing as needed</li>

Design Engineer (Plumbing)-Hybrid

Position Summary
The Engineering Mechanic Overnight will be under general supervision, assists in the maintenance, repair, refurbishment, renovation, remodelling, and general upkeep to keep the facility functional and attractive to prospective customers. A substantial amount of time will be spent painting. 
Essential Functions
<ul>
<li>Conduct walk-through and visually assess the safe and efficient maintenance and operation of the physical structure(s) of the hotel, all mechanical, electrical, H.V.A.C. systems, and any other related equipment.</li>
<li>Paint designated areas and complete plumbing repairs (i.e., clogged drains, copper pipe, change washers, change handles, drain fittings, etc.).</li>
<li>Refurbish furniture and fixtures and repair all types of wall coverings.</li>
<li>Complete all routine maintenance on public spaces, meeting rooms, ballrooms, outlets, back of the house spaces and grounds. Complete assignments of all repairs, replacement, and renovations projects to offices and employee work areas. Ensure the upkeep of guest areas to maintain an attractive hotel. </li>
<li>Perform general maintenance and repairs for assigned areas of expertise such as the interior and exterior of buildings, hotel rooms and contents, laundry and kitchen/refrigeration equipment, lighting, heating, air conditioning (HVAC), ventilation, water treatment systems, and swimming pool, etc. </li>
<li>Perform preventative maintenance on a regular basis and ensure that assigned equipment is maintained and operational. </li>
<li>Report all unsafe conditions or malfunctioning equipment to the supervisor.</li>
<li>Replenish supplies and inventory in a timely and efficient manner and minimize waste.</li>
<li>Take required readings on equipment.</li>
<li>Replace light switches, receptacles, light bulbs, and fixtures.</li>
<li>Protect employer’s privacy and data; keep passwords safe.</li>
