We’re seeking energetic and enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) who will collaborate with team members while implementing best practice/child-specific Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Behavior Technicians will observe, record data, and complete client session notes while supporting and monitoring client progress. Duties:

<li>Implement BCBA-developed treatment plans that are unique to each child</li>
<li>Report client progress to the BCBA and assist in updating goals as necessary</li>
<li>Assist the BCBA with training families on treatment plan implementation</li>
<li>Collaborate with other clinicians and attend team meetings as scheduled</li>
<li>Provide accessibility to each child's treatment plan to substitute therapists</li>
<li>Maintain strict client confidentiality according to HIPAA protocol</li>
<li>Maintain open communication with families and clinical team to ensure the most effective treatment and goals</li>

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

<li>Participates in the delivery of comprehensive behavior analytic services and supports to individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities: implements behavior interventions, assists in data collection, provides data reporting on target behaviors. </li>

Job Summary:

MEDICAL DISCHARGE PLANNER POSITION SUMMARY
The Medical Discharge Planner provides access to community programs, ensure continuity of care following release into the community, advocate for patient needs, and act as liaisons between the multiple systems impacting the lives of offenders with mental health illnesses, co-occurring substance use disorders, and chronic medical illnesses.
MEDICAL DISCHARGE PLANNER MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
<ul>
<li>A bachelor's degree in Mental Health or related field</li>
<li>Case Management experience</li>
<li>Applicants with experience in a correctional health care setting will be given preference.</li>
<li>Familiarity with medical/MH terminology/diagnosis should be required</li>
<li>Knowlege of accessing services in community</li>
<li>Licensing preferred, not required. </li>
<li>Baseline understanding the medical parole process preferred, not required. </li>
