Recreation Group Leaders are responsible for working with multiple individuals with ID/DD in a site and/or community-based setting.
PRIMARY DUTIES
Integrate the individuals into the community and actively participate with them during community-based activities as appropriate.
While working with the individuals in the community, adequate supervision will be provided at all times.
Work with individuals on behavior management, personal development, social skills, communication, physical development &amp; activities of daily living as applicable.
Create opportunities for various activities including games, sports, arts &amp; crafts, swimming, exercise, sports, music, etc. as appropriate.
Provide care for the individuals as needed. This may include assistance with meals, toileting, or helping with feeding of meals.
Organize and facilitate groups of up to at least five individuals.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Soccer Shots, a leading children's soccer skills program known for its focus on positive character development, is searching for passionate coaches to join our team! <li>Make a Difference: Motivate and inspire young players (ages 2-8) on and off the field.</li>
<li>Flexible Schedule: This is a part time commitment and work with you identify a weekly schedule, with options available mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. </li>
<li>Competitive Pay: Earn $25/hour (during training: $20/hour) with weekly paychecks.</li>
<li>Hands-on Training: Approximately 12-15 hours of training.</li>

A Typical Day as a Coach: 
<ul>
<li>Sessions (30-45 minutes) will take place between 9 am-12 pm (Monday-Sunday) or 1 pm-6:30 pm (Monday-Friday).</li>
<li>Arrive on time and create a positive experience for both children and families.</li>
<li>Lead engaging activities at local parks, schools, or indoor fields using our curriculum that emphasizes skill development and character building.</li>
