<li>Utilize Mastercam to program 3-axis CNC milling machines</li>

<li>Operate manual machines as needed (lathe, millers, drill presses)</li>
\n
<li>Interact with Design, Cost, and Process Engineering team members as needed </li>
\n
<li>Inspect and evaluate equipment and product through various tools, calipers, and measurement devices.</li>
\n
<li>Follow proper documentation and reporting standards to ensure data is recorded and escalated accordingly. </li>
\n
<li>Communicate well between departments to notify leaders and engineers to troubleshoot issues. </li>
\n
<li>Work cross functionally to support company LEAN and High Performance team objectives and initiatives to promote company culture. </li>
\n
<li>Prioritize and multi-task work in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.</li>
\n
<li>Use appropriate PPE for designated areas.</li>

\n Qualifications • U.S. Citizenship or have U.S. Permanent Resident Status required. • GED or High School Diploma required. • 4+ years of hands-on machine shop or related education/ training and combination manufacturing experience preferred. • Ability to perform basic math, reading, writing and computer skills such as basic addition, subtraction, multiplication, and use of Microsoft Office. • Must demonstrate effective organizational and verbal/written English communication skills independently and within a team. • Ability to lift and or move up to 40 lbs.
