THIS IS A 3-5 MONTH ASSIGNMENT!!!
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE): o US Citizenship. o Must be able to read and follow written work instructions, assembly procedures, and prints. o High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years' experience in mechanical assembly or automotive/equipment repair. o Ability to manually tighten ¼ inch bolts to 120-inch pounds. Attention to detail, interacts well with team, problem solving skills.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: The Mechanical Assembler is responsible for assembling passive microwave components using various hand tools in a secured environment. Performs a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on mechanical assemblies such as antennas, filters, frames, and waveguide assemblies. Must be able to lift &amp; carry 50 pounds, sit or stand for 4 hours at a time, work from drawings, work instruction, and routers. Capable of working with various hand tools, measuring parts to +/-.002 for trimming, working under a microscope, and mixing / applying epoxies. Ensure completed assignments are defect free and comply with drawing/work instructions.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE): o Computer literate o Soldering or torch brazing experience o Strong oral &amp; written communication skills and math skills
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: o Must be able to lift &amp; carry 50 pounds and sit or stand for 4 hours at a time.
REQUIRED EDUCATION: High School Diploma/GED is required. School must be accredited.
WORK HOURS: Full-Time 9/80 workweek. 100% On-Site. 7 AM - 4:30 PM. &nbsp;

What you’ll be doing…
 You’ll make sure our outside plant facilities are in tip-top condition! Your know-how and commitment to excellence will ensure that Verizon’s outside facilities operate at maximum efficiency and preparedness. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Placing, rearranging and removing outside plant, including aerial, underground, submarine, buried, block and house cables, poles, and associated hardware/fixtures.
</li>
<li>
Connecting wires and cables to terminals and attaching/detaching various kinds of hardware to wires, cables, building or poles.
</li>
<li>
Reading and interpreting engineering work orders.
</li>
<li>
Performing construction work using designated equipment (i.e. digging holes, placing poles, etc.).
</li>
<li>
Operating Company motor vehicles of varying gross weights to transport equipment.
</li>
<li>
Climbing ladders and poles, working aloft, perceiving differences in wire and cable colors, and moving/lifting items generally not exceeding 100 lbs.
</li>
<li>
Working evenings, weekends, holidays and unscheduled shifts as determined by the needs of the business.
</li>
</ul>

Currently seeking a Press Operator for a full-time temporary to permanent position in North Attleboro, MA.
Responsibilities:
-Set-up and operate equipment such as single and progressive diesets in L&amp;J, Minster, Bruderer and Raster stamping presses
-Prepare tools, feeders, payoffs, and coil straighteners
-Perform visual and dimensional quality inspection
-Safe handling, use, and installation of related tooling and materials
-Assign and prepare materials
-Maintain safe and clean work environment
-Adhere to EPA and OSHA guidelines
-Perform other related tasks as assigned
Requirements of Press Operator:
-Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
-Must have previous power press/Stamping machinery experience in manufacturing environment
-Good communications skills
-Superior attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
-Proficient in use of calipers, micrometer, comparator, gauge pins
-Able to follow oral and written instructions

<li>Has experience working in a clean room and understands the standard clean room protocols</li>
<li>Basic understanding of optics, optics assembly and optics testing.</li>
<li>Experience in precision assembly, fine pitch soldering and rework</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail, focus, and highest standards for quality.</li>
