Position Summary: 
The CNC Machine Operator I will operate CNC machines on low to medium complexity components using automated and manual equipment and processes to meet customer needs. This is an entry-level position that draws on prior machining experience with technical problem-solving skills to operate a minimum of one type of CNC equipment and possess the ability to perform secondary operations. The CNC Machine Operator I will work both independently and in a team environment with internal team members, leads, supervisors, and quality.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

<li>Independently load parts and operate a minimum of one type of CNC equipment.</li>
<li>Complete all operational processes, checklists, control plans, and procedures as required.</li>
<li>Correctly identify and assemble cutting tools and tool holder assemblies based on existing process documentation.</li>
<li>Learn and understand the difference between types of tool wear. (See Operator Expectations for more details)</li>
<li>Identify the correct start line in the program.</li>
<li>Gain basic working and functional knowledge of M codes.</li>
<li>Look at parts to ensure they were machined properly. This would include surface finish conditions, missing features, etc.</li>
<li>Basic troubleshooting of the machine (with assistance) if there is an error code and escalate issues to the Lead or Supervisor.</li>
<li>Complete all required inspection measurements as defined on quality control plans using hand tools, gage pins, caliper, micrometer, and Micro-Hite measurement tools. Must properly load and run equator.</li>
<li>Learn to read CMM reports and reports from the equator and adjust parts.</li>
<li>Complete tasks as assigned in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Participate in 5S Workplace organizational activities and maintain the area in good working order through sustainment activities.</li>
<li>Regular on-site attendance and punctuality is a necessary function of this position.</li>
<li>May be required to work in other functional areas and/or facilities depending on business needs.</li>

Education/Experience &amp; Skills:

Working Conditions:

<li>The duties of this job normally require exposure to a typical manufacturing environment. Frequent standing, sitting, stooping, squatting, walking, and stair climbing can be expected along with frequent lifting and/or moving of tooling, parts containers, and materials up to 40 pounds.</li>
<li>Must be able to reach with hands and arms, bend and kneel frequently at a minimum of 50% of the shift, as well as undergo repetitive wrist, hand, elbow, shoulder, and ankle motions.</li>

The role of the Scheduling Coordinator is critical in providing exceptional patient care resulting in the best clinical outcomes and meeting the needs of our patients.&nbsp;
Role and Responsibilities
The Scheduling Coordinator will greet patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, collect patient financial responsibility and prepare patient charts.
<ul>
<li>Provides concierge level customer service while interacting with patients, referring offices, and team members over the phone, in person, or via electronic communication.</li>
<li>Greets patients and visitors immediately upon arrival with a friendly demeanor.</li>
<li>Answers the phone promptly with a smile.</li>
<li>Schedules appointments to optimize patient satisfaction, provider time and most effective use of exam and treatment rooms.</li>
<li>Prepares a daily schedule for each provider.</li>
<li>Prepares patient charts.</li>
<li>Manages patient flow to reduce patient wait time.</li>
<li>Assists patients as necessary.</li>
<li>Maintains reception area in a neat and orderly condition.</li>
<li>Maintains professional relationship with referring offices.</li>
<li>Maintains confidentiality of all information in accordance with HIPAA.</li>
<li>Performs other related duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>
Education and Experience&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li>
<li>One year of customer service experience required.</li>
</ul>
Skills and Abilities
<ul>
<li>Understanding of dental terminology.</li>
<li>Friendly, inviting, and professional personality and presence.</li>
<li>Basic office skills such as typing and filing.</li>
<li>Good organizational skills.</li>
<li>Attention to detail.</li>
