Understand the Schedule:
- Seven-day shifts every two weeks:
— Week 1: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday
— Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday - Work twelve hours per shift—either day or night
- Overtime built in for Sundays and hours over 40
- Voluntary overtime available
Minimum Requirements:
- Ability to follow both spoken and written guidance
- Verify important production metrics
- Complete all documentation accurately
- Ensure a clean and organized workplace
- Uphold safety for yourself and colleagues
- Basic proficiency with computers
Additional Skills Desired:
- Expertise in blending and extruder operations
- Mechanically inclined with troubleshooting skills
- Operate forklifts safely and effectively
- Leadership potential
Physical Requirements:
- Capability to lift up to 55 lbs.
- Endure long periods of standing
- Regular climbing, bending, and stretching
