Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Install and configure RF equipment, including antennas, transmitters, and receivers.</li>
<li>Perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance of RF systems.</li>
<li>Diagnose &amp; troubleshoot problems with RF equipment and systems.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of equipment configurations, test results, and maintenance activities.</li>
<li>Work closely with engineers, project managers, and other team members to achieve project goals.</li>
<li>Responsible for Red-Line drawings and supportive closeout documentation.</li>
<li>Maintain safety standards, and values safety more than anything else.</li>
<li>All other tasks as assigned by management.</li>

Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Degree or certification in electronics, telecommunications, or related field a plus.</li>
<li>2+ years of relevant experience.</li>
<li>Comfortable learning and using test equipment.</li>
<li>Experience with RF sweep gear (spectrum analyzer, line, and antenna analyzer), signal generator and PIM test gear is a required, certificate of training an asset.</li>
<li>CDL licenses would be a plus but not required.</li>
<li>Computer savvy. Ability with Microsoft Office Suite preferred (strong Excel skills highly beneficial).</li>

<li>Successful completion of pre-employment drug &amp; alcohol and background check requirements.</li>
</ul>
Physical Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Full dexterity is required including bending, kneeling, twisting, fine motor skills with hands and fingers, full rotation of the head and neck. </li>
<li>Ability to see, hear and be alert while operating equipment. Ability to operate bucket truck equipment and perform work safely. </li>
<li>Ability to stand for prolonged hours.</li>
</ul>

<li>Ability to often move and lift at least 50 pounds.</li>
<li>Comfortable with heights (30 - 40 feet).</li>

Key Responsibilities and Preferred Experience:
<ul>
<li>Performing preventative maintenance and repairs on standby generator systems (Ranging from 8kW-1mW)</li>
<li>Troubleshooting, diagnostic testing, load-bank testing and start-ups on generators</li>
<li>Preparing accurate quotes for repairs and completing/submitting work orders</li>
<li>Previous experience working on residential or industrial generators</li>
<li>Exceptional communication and customer service skills</li>
<li>The ability to participate in an on call, rotating schedule</li>
<li>Must provide your own tools (multi-meter, hand-tools, etc.)</li>
<li>Very safety focused with an OSHA 10 (or the ability to attain one)</li>
<li>Valid DOT Card (or the ability to attain one) and a valid driver's license</li>
