<li>Massachusetts EEC Infant/Toddler Teacher Certification (Required)</li>
<li>Experience working with infants (6 weeks to 15 months) in a licensed early childhood education program, daycare, or child care center</li>
<li>A warm, responsive caregiving style and understanding of infant development</li>
<li>CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 3 months of hire)</li>
</ul>
Some requirements of the role include:

<li>Flexibility to work an 8-hour shift within the operating hours of the school, including opening and closing shifts</li>
<li>Ability to spend extended periods of time on the floor with the children</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 50lbs</li>
<li>Ability to stand up to 90% of the workday</li>
<li>Attentiveness, strong time management, and a team-focused mindset</li>

As an Infant Teacher, you will be responsible for:

<li>Providing individualized, nurturing care to infants in a licensed child care or daycare setting</li>
<li>Supporting early developmental milestones through tummy time, sensory play, cuddles, and structured routines</li>
