About the position:
Purpose: As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and preparing accurate and comprehensive estimates for a variety for commercial roofing projects across a variety of systems and manufacturers. Requirements:

<li>Comprehensive understanding of commercial/industrial roofing system design and installation code compliance, manufacturers requirements for warranty and industry standards.</li>
<li>Proficient with data base estimating digitizer computerize estimating software; Edge Estimating Software experience highly preferred.</li>
<li>Excellent analytical and mathematical skills, with the ability to provide precise and competitive estimates.</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Outlook, Power point, Word.</li>
<li>Must be a motivated self-starter with a professional appearance.</li>

<li>Demonstrated commercial expertise in boilers, chillers, pneumatic controls, digital controls, and packaged HVAC equipment.</li>
<li>Valid Driver’s License</li>
