Summary/Objective

Our primary focus is design and engineering of monumental stairs. We also do other division 5 architectural metals that come with contract. Our detailers are responsible for the creation of 2D sketches and of conceptual ideas from Design Assist meetings that occur with the direction of Team Captain, Engineer Manager and Project manager of the project. To assist with coordination of Architects and Engineers throughout Synergis Design Assist process to ensure the work meets the design intent of the client and will pass the engineering requirements specific to each item. Through this process, the Detailer uses building modeling software to create clear, concise drawings which can be easily updated to suit changing site conditions with the final drawings being utilized to communicate fabrication and installation requirements.

Primary Responsibilities/Functions
 
<ol>
<li>Produces submittal, installation, and fabrication drawings for dimensional accuracy to construction documents, constructability and general conformance to specifications, application of project details, standard operating procedure, and engineering requirements.</li>
<li>Coordinates closely with a team of Project Management and Engineering professionals to ensure the design intent of the Architect and engineering requirements are both met.</li>
<li>Completes models, submittal drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation drawings on specified project in order to facilitate clear coordination throughout all stages of design and construction.</li>
<li>Attends Design Assist meetings for new projects to coordinate with a team of various construction professionals made up of both fellow Synergi employees and Synergi clients.</li>
<li>Ability to work from rough sketches and specifications created by engineers.</li>
<li>Ensure model is in alignment with BIM requirements from the contractor/architect, in regard to origin point, file type, naming and filing standards.</li>
<li>Update models as needed during the BIM coordination process to eliminate clashes with other trades.</li>
<li>Provide logistical/rigging plans as required.</li>
<li>Provide layout drawings as required to ensure correct installation of embeds or correct buildup of slab etc.</li>
<li>Read scan data or field measurements in order to update models/drawings to reflect as built conditions.</li>

Job DescriptionSalary: 
As an Automotive Sales Consultant with Ron Bouchard's Kia, you'll work in a fast paced store and be the first point of contact with our customers. Using current knowledge of the auto industry, you will work with clients to evaluate their needs and desires while provide exemplary service true to our brand. From showcasing features and warranties to setting up test drives, you will focus on fostering positive and long lasting relationships with each customer.
 
Job Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li> Greet customers warmly and establish a rapport to understand their automotive needs</li>
<li> Conduct thorough interviews to identify customers' preferences, budget, and vehicle requirements</li>
<li> Maintains an understanding of features and benefits of vehicles within dealership inventory</li>
<li> Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery.</li>
<li> Conduct test drives and highlight key features to showcase the value of the vehicles.</li>
<li> Collaborate with the finance department to facilitate smooth financing transactions.</li>
<li> Foster long-term relationships with customers by providing post-sale support and addressing any concerns or inquiries</li>
<li> Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution</li>
</ul>
 
Recommended Qualifications:

<li>Bilingual with proficiency in Spanish a plus</li>

Automotive Sales Consultant - Kia Dealership

Job DescriptionSalary: $58,477.77 - $71,343.09 
SUMMARY:
 
<ul>
<li>Under the direction of the Mechanic Supervisor, supervise and partake in daily field operations and perform a variety of manual tasks related to all DPW capital improvement and maintenance of all the Towns vehicles and equipment.</li>
<li>In connection with such operations, maintain a wide variety of special heavy construction equipment, light-medium and heavy automotive equipment as directed.</li>
<li>Support Health and Safety and Commercial Driver License (CDL) programs.</li>
<li>May be exposed to storm events as well as hazards including traffic, chemical, electrical, below-ground structures, and trenches.</li>
<li>Shall be available for all emergency response operations.</li>
<li>Assist with emergency storm operations and restoration projects.</li>
</ul>
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
<ol>
<li>Supports all divisions of the Public Works Department Highway, Storm Water, Tree, Engineer, and Fleet Mechanics.</li>
<li>Perform all duties of the Fleet Mechanics division, following the daily and weekly schedule provided by the Mechanic Supervisor.</li>
<li>Perform routine maintenance and repairs of all Town vehicles and equipment.</li>
<li>Repair and rebuild small and large diesel and gasoline engines, Hydraulic Systems, pneumatic and hydraulic brake systems, transmissions, and suspensions. Install and repair tires and tubes. Perform body work, including painting, fabricating parts, and welding. Repair and maintain all types of electrical and electronic systems. Install and maintain two-way radio equipment.</li>
<li>Repair and maintain sanding, de-icing, and snow removal equipment, including mounting plows and welding plow frames.</li>
<li>6. Shall be available before, during, and after snow operations for equipment and vehicle set up, repair, and breakdown of snow vehicles and equipment.</li>
<li>Operate equipment for snow operations requiring a CDL license.</li>
<li>Repair and maintain paving, landscaping, line painting, pumps, and construction equipment.</li>
<li>Maintain the Departments material and equipment logs and software programs for inventory, tracking, and maintenance.</li>
<li>Purchasing Agent for required parts and supplies as directed by the Mechanic Supervisor.</li>
<li>Inspect all DPW vehicles prior to annual vehicle inspection or CDL Road Test.</li>
<li>Maintains Marblehead Department of Public Works Written Hazard Communication Program with current Safety Data Sheets (SDSs) of all chemicals, solvents, etc.</li>
<li>Assist with municipal separate storm sewer system (MS4) permit requirements and illicit discharge detection and elimination (IDDE) program. Perform inspections, construction repairs, and maintenance of the MS4 (storm water), including but not limited to: catch basin cleaning, CCTV videoing of pipes, pipe and structure repairs, inspections, etc. Serve as a competent person for MS4 (drain) construction, inspection, cleaning, and maintenance.</li>
<li>Support maintenance and improvement projects in public way including but not limited to: roads, sidewalks, signs, lines, walls, and fences. Support the daily operations of the Trench Repair Program, utilizing department personnel and equipment.</li>
<li>Carry a department-issued on-call phone on rotation and must be available for emergency duty and rotating weekends on-call.</li>
<li>Serve as the classroom and field instructor for the Towns CDL program. Assist with safety training. Provide support to CDL Training Program and responsible for communicating policy to trainees.</li>
<li>Assist with facility/building maintenance.</li>
<li>Dependable execution of existing policies or existing standard operating procedures.</li>
<li>Shall be available for all emergency response operations.</li>
<li>Performs other related duties of a similar nature and complexity as required by the Director of Public Works.</li>
</ol>

QUALIFICATIONS:

<ul>
<li>High school degree (GED) plus completion of a standard grade school course, considerable experience in the operation of heavy automotive equipment, and or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.</li>
<li>Requires 2 years of formal schooling in diesel, gasoline engines, and hydraulic systems. Can substitute 4 years of related experience.</li>
<li>Proficient in repairs and adjustments of heavy equipment.</li>
<li>Possession of a valid Hydraulic Machinery Class C License issued by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.</li>
<li>Possession of a valid Commercial Drivers License (with air brake and tanker endorsement) issued by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.</li>
<li>Ability to operate heavy motor equipment under all types of weather conditions.</li>
<li>Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.</li>
<li>Practical knowledge of traffic and safety rules and accident prevention practices.</li>
</ul>

SUPERVISION BY OTHERS:

Works under the direct supervision of a Mechanic Supervisor or other employee of a higher grade who assigns duties and inspects work for conformance with instructions. Weekly and Daily schedules are provided by the Mechanic Supervisor.

SUPERVISION OF OTHERS:

Serves as a classroom and field instructor for Towns CDL Program. Responsible for the classroom portion of the CDL Program, general program support, and preparing for CDL pre-trip inspection training and other licensing requirements for Heavy Equipment Operators and other trainees.
