Summary/Objective

Our primary focus is design and engineering of monumental stairs. We also do other division 5 architectural metals that come with contract. Our detailers are responsible for the creation of 2D sketches and of conceptual ideas from Design Assist meetings that occur with the direction of Team Captain, Engineer Manager and Project manager of the project. To assist with coordination of Architects and Engineers throughout Synergis Design Assist process to ensure the work meets the design intent of the client and will pass the engineering requirements specific to each item. Through this process, the Detailer uses building modeling software to create clear, concise drawings which can be easily updated to suit changing site conditions with the final drawings being utilized to communicate fabrication and installation requirements.

Primary Responsibilities/Functions
 
<ol>
<li>Produces submittal, installation, and fabrication drawings for dimensional accuracy to construction documents, constructability and general conformance to specifications, application of project details, standard operating procedure, and engineering requirements.</li>
<li>Coordinates closely with a team of Project Management and Engineering professionals to ensure the design intent of the Architect and engineering requirements are both met.</li>
<li>Completes models, submittal drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation drawings on specified project in order to facilitate clear coordination throughout all stages of design and construction.</li>
<li>Attends Design Assist meetings for new projects to coordinate with a team of various construction professionals made up of both fellow Synergi employees and Synergi clients.</li>
<li>Ability to work from rough sketches and specifications created by engineers.</li>
<li>Ensure model is in alignment with BIM requirements from the contractor/architect, in regard to origin point, file type, naming and filing standards.</li>
<li>Update models as needed during the BIM coordination process to eliminate clashes with other trades.</li>
<li>Provide logistical/rigging plans as required.</li>
<li>Provide layout drawings as required to ensure correct installation of embeds or correct buildup of slab etc.</li>
<li>Read scan data or field measurements in order to update models/drawings to reflect as built conditions.</li>
<li>Coordinate with the field and fabricator to review questions/issues as needed. </li>

Required Skills/Attributes

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

<li>Proficiency in mechanics - troubleshooting, repair, hydraulic systems, gasoline, diesel, basic electric, fabrication welding.</li>
<li>Ability to document work completed and order/inventory parts and equipment</li>
<li>Routinely preform preventative maintenance and servicing company and power equipment to minimize breakdowns and keep equipment in top shape</li>
<li>Perform parts ordering and inventory control of common parts.</li>
<li>Must demonstrate a solid mechanical ability to trouble shoot and make repairs or outsource repairs on vehicles, tools and equipment used in the green industry.</li>
<li>Communicating with all personnel in regards to equipment health and repair schedules.</li>
<li>Diagnostic troubleshooting and repair</li>
<li>Follow prescribed safety rules and regulations.</li>
<li>Perform other related duties as required or as directed.</li>
<li>Skid Steer and loader and heavy machine repair is a plus.</li>
</ul>
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 
<ul>
<li>1 year loader operator experience a bonus</li>
<li>Possession of valid Massachusetts Drivers License</li>
<li>Knowledge of how to operate a bobcat/loader is a plus but not a necessity</li>
<li>Hydraulics license is a plus but not a necessity</li>

The Parts &amp; Service Metro Area Manager has revenue-generating sales responsibility with a group of Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, RAM and Fiat dealerships within the Business Center.

This role serves as a liaison between the dealers, the Regional Business Center and FCA Corporate Headquarters who will be responsible for all areas of service and parts marketing, including retail service advertising, promotion and display; retail/wholesale parts and accessory advertising, promotion and display, enhancing dealership processes to improve customer retention and advocacy, training dealership personnel on Mopar products and initiatives. The goal of these activities is to help our dealerships improve sales, customer retention, and profits.

<li>Expertise in Dealer process analytics and improvement, including shop flow optimization, Customer Experience improvement tactics, Express Lane process, Parts wholesale growth initiatives, and other Dealer Retail revenue generation and optimization measures</li>
\n
<li>Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment</li>
\n
<li>Ability to create and convey persuasive presentations to dealership management</li>
