Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide skilled services within a school setting. The role involves working directly with students to support their developmental, physical, and cognitive needs, helping them achieve greater independence and success in the educational environment. This position includes travel between schools in the Essex Junction, VT area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans tailored to students unique needs
• Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance students fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate therapy goals into classroom activities
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and comply with all regulatory requirements
• Facilitate smooth transitions for students between therapy sessions and classroom environments

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Current Occupational Therapy license eligible for Vermont practice
• Experience working in school or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with students, staff, and families
• Ability and willingness to travel to multiple school locations within the Essex Junction area
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of diverse student populations
