  • Days: Tuesday, Thursday & Weekends as needed
  • Age requirement: Must be 18 years or older

    • Thursday: 7am-10am
    • Weekends as needed

Summary

The WestFit Club is seeking a professional and enthusiastic Front Desk Associate to join our team. As the first point of contact for our valued members and guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere for everyone who enters our club.

The ideal candidate has a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a genuinely friendly attitude. Your responsibilities will include greeting members, managing check-ins, answering phone calls, and providing accurate information about our facilities and services. You must be an excellent multitasker, able to handle various tasks with a calm and organized approach in our fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and check-in all members and guests in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
  • Answer phones and respond to inquiries about membership, class schedules, and club amenities.
  • Handle sales transactions, including point-of-sale purchases for merchandise and services.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area.
  • Manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls and taking messages as needed.
  • Address member concerns and resolve issues effectively, escalating to management when necessary.
  • Provide tours of the facility to prospective members, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Stay up-to-date on all club promotions, events and class offerings.
  • Enforce club policies and safety procedures to ensure a secure environment for all members and staff.

Qualifications

  • Exception interpersonal skills with a positive and energetic approach to customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, including point-of-sale software.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
