OVERVIEW DESCRIPTION:
The HCM Implementation Consultant will be responsible for assisting our customers with the design and implementation of their MP solution. As functional experts, they lead the customer in the build, testing and implementation of their SaaS software solution, with a primary focus on HR, time and attendance and payroll business processes. Since this position has the most frequent contact with the customers during implementation, this person must provide exceptional, seamless service for the clients and all of their needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leads new customers through platform implementations, ensuring the customer's employee data, payroll, time and attendance and HR business processes are configured accurately.
- Manages project plans to ensure project deliverables and customer launch dates are met.
- Partners with other MP teams to ensure all customer needs are delivered through an integrated implementation approach.
- Monitors the implementation process for potential issues and escalates issues as needed to ensure the customer's needs are met and the implementation process schedule is maintained.
- Prepares customers for post-implementation self-sufficiency by delivering system training as part of the Implementation process.
- Contributes to the evolution and improvement of the Payroll Implementation process by providing feedback and sharing ideas that will increase customer satisfaction, drive efficiency or enhance our technical capability.
- Builds solution, customer and industry knowledge by leveraging the appropriate internal and external resources.
- Adheres to company and departmental policies.
- Provide pre-sales support to the sales team as necessary.
- Cross trains on all iSolved services.
- Provides training to new and current clients. Provides recommendations to clients as to how they can best use iSolved.
- Provide weekly reporting as required by manager
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in delivering payroll services, including payroll tax, with strong business process knowledge related to payroll services.
- Minimum of 2 years working with payroll software, iSolved experience preferred.
- Software implementation experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Four-year college degree or equivalent education/business experience.
- Strong technical aptitude and capabilities.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
