A SpEd Student Records Clerk role is available in the Taunton, MA area, offering a part-time contract position of 24 hours per week. This opportunity provides flexibility in scheduling the days and times worked, accommodating various availability needs.
Key responsibilities include maintaining and organizing special education student records, supporting the scheduling of meetings with parents, and performing data entry tasks in compliance with school requirements. The clerk will also assist with general communication tasks, including answering phone calls and collaborating effectively within the school environment.
Qualifications and desired experience:
- Previous experience working in a school setting is preferred
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient phone etiquette and ability to manage incoming calls
- Experience scheduling meetings with parents or guardians
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel spreadsheets, and Google applications
