Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A short-term contract opportunity is available for a Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP - CCC) to serve K-12 students in a school setting located in Cambridge, MA. This role offers a chance to provide critical speech therapy services across a diverse student population, supporting their communication development and educational success.
Qualifications:
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience working with K-12 students in educational or clinical settings
- Strong knowledge of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with educators, families, and students
Job Details:
- Position duration: August 2025 through October 2025
- Work schedule: 5 days per week, 30-37 hours weekly
- Service area: Elementary through high school students
- Contract role with a specific term aligning with the academic calendar
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in K-12 students
- Design and carry out individualized therapy plans based on assessment results
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory and program requirements
