Job Description

Martino Law Group, LLC is seeking a full-time Real Estate & Estate Planning Attorney to join our growing firm. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in residential and commercial real estate transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, title review, closings, and lender representation, while also working with clients on estate plans ranging from simple wills to advanced trust structures.

We’re looking for someone who can take full ownership of their files, communicate clearly and confidently with clients and partners, and is either experienced in both practice areas or is eager to deepen their expertise. This role offers real autonomy, strong support, and meaningful growth potential in a fast-moving, client-focused practice. A portable book of business or established referral relationships is strongly preferred.

Compensation:

$93,891 - $109,432 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Handle residential and commercial real estate transactions from intake to closing
  • Draft and review purchase and sale agreements, deeds, title commitments, and closing documents
  • Conduct and analyze title exams and resolve any title issues
  • Communicate directly with clients, lenders, realtors, and attorneys
  • Prepare estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care proxies
  • Advise clients on asset protection, probate avoidance, and legacy planning
  • Maintain compliance with legal and ethical standards
  • Collaborate with firm staff to ensure smooth operations and high-quality client service

Qualifications:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Licensed and in good standing with the Massachusetts Bar (NH license is a plus)
  • 3-15 years of experience in real estate law (estate planning experience strongly preferred)
  • Ability to manage files independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong drafting, communication, and organizational skills
  • Book of business or referral network is a significant plus
  • Willingness to grow both practice areas within the firm
  • Proficiency with WealthCounsel is highly preferred
  • Experience with Clio, Lawmatics, or similar CRM/case management software is a plus

Bonus Points If You:

  • Bring a partial or full client base with you
  • Have experience presenting seminars or workshops (think: Wine & Wills events, community talks)
