- Massachusetts RN License required.
- BLS certification required upon start.
- ACLS certification required upon start.
- PALS certification required upon start.
- Schedule Information

- Additional Details
- Shared housing provided at no cost.
- MGB Nantucket Housing Agreement required upon hire if staying in NCH housing.
- MGB FEMA ICS 100 Training must be completed, no exceptions, does not expire.
- Fit Test (N95) within 365 days to start date and updated annually.
- MGB Color Vision test within 365 days of start.
- MMR vaccination or proof of immunity required.
- Influenza vaccine required during flu season (Sept 15 - April 30), no exemptions.
- TB Test documentation within 3 months of start date and updated if >6 month break.
- Health Statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start date and updated if >6 month break.
- MGB Criminal Background Check within 45 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break.
- MGB Massachusetts CORI background check within 30 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break.
- MGB Resume including past 7 years of work experience required for submission.
- Respirator Medical Clearance Attestation required if fit test is required.
- MGB References: 2 recent references, minimum 1 Supervisor or Above, in skillset.
- MGB Skills Checklist required for submission.
- MGB Confirmation of Assignment/POI Form required upon acceptance of assignment and updates.
- MGB Education Verification through background check company.
- MGB SSN Trace must be run with criminal check.
- MGB National Sex Offender Check within 30 days of start and updated annually.
- MGB Exclusion Checks within 30 days of start and annually.
- MGB Candidate Submission Coversheet required for submission.
