House of Possibilities (HOPe) seeks an experienced Chief Quality Officer (CQO) to join our leadership team and play a pivotal role in driving quality and excellence in the services we provide. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the CQO will be the strategic leader behind our commitment to delivering exceptional services. The CQO is responsible for ensuring that the organization delivers high-quality services that meet or exceed the needs of its clients. This role requires a deep understanding of quality management principles, a commitment to continuous improvement, and a passion for improving the lives of vulnerable populations. The CQO will develop and implement quality assurance systems, tools and policies to ensure regulatory compliance and best practices. This position oversees licensing, certifications, and quality assurance, serving as the main liaison with regulatory bodies and uses quality metrics to guide strategic decisions and support organizational growth. In addition the CQO will collaborate with leadership to enhance service delivery using data-driven insights, and manage training programs for staff and families.
We are looking for a candidate with a high level of energy, a passion for HOPe's mission, and a proven track record of implementation of quality assurance. The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of professional experience in a supervisory role within a human services organization serving individuals with disabilities. Essential skills include the ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional papers, technical procedures or government regulations. This leader will also have a knowledge of person-centered planning principles and current best practices in supporting individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
