Job Description

TITLE: Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer

LOCATION: 61 Spit Brook Road, Suite 201, Nashua, NH, 03060

DUTIES: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, and regulatory standards related to fraud, waste, and abuse ("FWA") detection and healthcare analytics; Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing of our FWA detection and healthcare analytics solutions; Develop and implement automated test frameworks and tools to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness; Conduct rigorous testing of data integrations, including API and data validation testing, to ensure accurate and reliable results; Validate compliance with industry regulations, such as HIPAA, by conducting security and privacy testing of our software solutions; Identify, document, and track defects, issues, and enhancement requests using issue tracking systems; Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings; Collaborate with the DevOps team to ensure smooth deployment and configuration of software releases; Stay updated with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices in FWA detection, healthcare analytics, and software quality assurance; Contribute to the continuous improvement of the QA process, tools, and methodologies, with a focus on FWA detection and health tech domain.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
