Manufacturing Assemblers (Mechanical & Electrical)
Location: Mansfield, MA
Pay Rate: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on role and experience)
We are hiring Mechanical Assemblers and Electrical Assemblers to support manufacturing operations at our Mansfield, MA facility. These roles focus on the assembly, wiring, testing, and repair of electro-mechanical systems in a production environment.
Mechanical Assembler
Pay Rate: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour (based on experience)
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience required to be considered for $23/hour
- Strong mechanical assembly experience
- Some electrical assembly exposure preferred
Responsibilities:
- Assemble mechanical and electro-mechanical components to established standards
- Perform basic electrical assembly tasks as required
- Test and repair assemblies to ensure conformance with specifications
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
- Follow work instructions, drawings, and quality standards
Electrical Assembler
Pay Rate: Up to $25.00 per hour
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
- Experience with point-to-point wiring
Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical assembly and wiring of components and subassemblies
- Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings
- Perform continuity checks and basic electrical testing
- Troubleshoot basic wiring and assembly issues
- Ensure assemblies meet quality and safety standards
General Qualifications (Both Roles):
- Manufacturing experience in an industrial or production environment
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
