Two full-time BCBA positions are available for a 3-month contract within a K-12 school setting in Brockton, MA. These roles are ideal for experienced behavior specialists seeking a structured, short-term engagement from the end of August through November. Working hours are 8:00 AM to 2:45 PM, aligning with the school calendar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement ABA-based behavior intervention plans
- Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Collect, analyze, and report data to track student progress
- Collaborate with educators and families to promote positive behavioral outcomes
- Ensure compliance with district and ethical guidelines throughout the contract duration
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in ABA or a related field
- Current, active BCBA licensure
- Demonstrated experience supervising RBTs is highly preferred
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
