Your impact
Picture this: a facilities engineer from a hospital needs critical replacements before the next shift. You consult with the Parts Manager, confirm specifications, select the exact components, process the order, and coordinate packing for immediate pickup—then follow up to verify everything performs as expected. That’s the level of care our customers count on.
Core responsibilities
- Drive HVAC parts sales across phone, web, and in-person channels.
- Handle questions about products, projects, and order status with clarity and speed.
- Match needs to the right parts and enter clean, accurate orders.
- Provide proactive verbal and written follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
- Prepare and package goods for shipment or customer pickup.
- Support inventory control to maintain accuracy and availability.
What you’ll need
- A service-first mindset and empathy for customers on critical timelines.
- Strong typing, documentation, and communication abilities.
- On-site availability in Weymouth, MA, Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
- HVAC familiarity is beneficial but not required—we’ll help you learn fast.
Compensation
$29–$35 per hour with flexibility based on experience and skills.
