Job Description\n
American Traveler is hiring a Radiology Technologist II for a pain management clinic, requiring at least 1 year of experience and an active MA license.
\n \n Responsibilities\n
- Work in a pain management clinic setting providing fluoroscopic guidance for procedures
- Position involves advanced clinical level imaging services, primarily using x-ray and fluoroscopy
- Patient population includes individuals undergoing pain management interventions
- Day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Utilizes Epic for EMR documentation; EMR experience is preferred
- Position involves preparing, transporting, and positioning patients for diagnostic procedures while ensuring radiation safety
- Responsible for producing quality digital images and recording pertinent records for radiologist interpretation
- May assist and support radiology technologist students and new team members with exams and sterile technique
- No religious or medical vaccine exemptions will be accepted
- Local candidates must have permanent residence at least 60 miles from Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston; local rate adjustments apply
- Scrub attire required
- RTO (requested time off) must be provided at time of application
- Paid public parking is available, but not validated at Boston-based locations

- Associate's degree in Diagnostic Imaging required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Radiology Technologist
- Active Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist license required at time of consideration; no pending licenses allowed
- AHA (American Heart Association) certifications required
- Proof of completed COVID-19 vaccination series is required with no exemptions permitted
- Flu vaccination required during flu season
- Must provide two professional references as part of the application
