A day in your work boots

It’s 6:55 a.m. You power up a Haas or DMG equipped with Siemens controls, confirm your setup, and bring a 3-, 4-, or 5-axis mill or a lathe online. Prints and specifications are at your station; gauges and measuring tools are laid out. You run first-piece checks, verify dimensions against requirements, and keep your area spotless so the next job is ready to flow. As parts move, you stay ahead of quality checks, document what you need, and keep production humming with a positive, can-do attitude. Reliability is your calling card—excellent attendance keeps the team on rhythm.

What you’ll handle

• Setting up and operating CNC lathes and 3-, 4-, and 5-axis mills
• Working efficiently on Haas machines and DMG units with Siemens controls (experience preferred)
• Reading drawings and documents; understanding specifications for aerospace work
• Inspecting parts using appropriate measurement tools to meet all requirements
• Maintaining a clean, organized workstation at all times
• Applying strong basic math skills and a positive, team-focused approach
• Exhibiting outstanding, dependable attendance

Compensation
