Job Title: First-Party Property Attorney

Salary: $120,000 $150,000 per year

Overview:

Career Staffing Talent (CST) is seeking an experienced First-Party Property Attorney with 610 years of litigation experience to join the litigation team of a national, growing plaintiff's firm in the Boston Metro area. This position is a high-impact opportunity to help lead a new office with the support of an elite national plaintiff's law firm.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage property litigation cases from inception through resolution

Represent clients in court, depositions, and negotiations

Build client relationships and identify new business opportunities

Collaborate with the legal team and contribute to firm-wide success

Qualifications:

J.D. and active bar license in Massachusetts

610 years of litigation experience

Entrepreneurial, driven, and well-connected in the local legal/business community

Strong communication and leadership skills
