Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, consultation, and training for children and staff using behavior analytic techniques
- Design and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify the causes of challenging behaviors
- Collaborate with educators, therapists, and parents to promote positive behavioral outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of services provided and progress made
