We are currently hiring machine operators across multiple departments including lamination, printing, finishing, and winding. Daily tasks can include, but are not limited to, operating and monitoring all machine operating processes, troubleshooting, setting up machinery for jobs, performing quality checks on finished products, and consistent collaboration with the production team. In this role, you can expect a lot of collaboration as you will receive consistent training. You will be working in groups of 3-4 experienced individuals and learning how to perform daily manufacturing roles.

Essential Skills
- Experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- Experience working a 2nd or 3rd shift.
- Ability to be a team player, involving a lot of collaboration and teamwork.
- Must have a high school diploma.
- Must have machine operating experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Trade school education.
- Familiarity with laminators, embossers, and printers.

Work Environment
You will be working on either the 2nd shift (3:00pm - 11:00 pm, M-F) or 3rd shift (11:00pm - 7:00am, M-F). Utility Helper Base pay is $17.53, with 2nd shift at $18.93 and 3rd shift at $19.53. Assistant Operator Base pay is $19.52, with 2nd shift at $20.92 and 3rd shift at $21.52.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.52 - $21.52/hr.
