Established (10+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Real Estate Attorney for Residential & Commercial Practice in Boston, MA

An established firm based in Boston is seeking a Real Estate Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join their team. This Attorney will have experience with residential and commercial real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while representing clients in closings, title matters, and contract negotiations.

Offer:
Salary range: $135,000-$165,000, contingent on experience
401(k) with match
Health, dental, and vision insurance
Generous PTO and paid holidays

Qualifications:
Candidates must be licensed in Massachusetts and have 3+ years of experience in real estate law.
Experience handling residential and commercial closings, title review, and contract drafting is required.
Strong communication and client service skills are essential.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple transactions simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
Manage residential and commercial real estate transactions from contract to closing.
Review and draft purchase agreements, leases, and other real estate documents.
Conduct title reviews and resolve title issues.
Coordinate with lenders, brokers, and other parties to ensure smooth closings.
Provide legal counsel to clients on zoning, permitting, and land use matters.
